CPSQ: accessing reports

This tutorial provides step-by-step instructions for accessing CPSQ reports in the Cambridge English Test Portal.


The first step is to go to <a href=""></a>, enter the log in details that were emailed to you<b><i> </i></b>and click <span class=""><i><b>Log in.</b></i> On first log in, you may be prompted to change your password.</span>

Click Reports and then&nbsp;<span class="" data-id="0"><i><b>My Reports</b></i></span>

The reports you can see will vary by institution, but will look something like this.&nbsp;<br>Click on the report you want to see. The description explains what the report covers.

The Admissions reports are detailed reports on each candidate. For some institutions, this report will be called "occupational report" - it provides the same level of data. Click to access the report.

You can set your parameters here. Use the drop down to view available sessions.

You can also search using the date boxes, in which case untick both Null boxes and use the calendar icon to select your date range.

you need to click away to be able to generate the report.

Click <span class="component"><i><b>View Report</b></i></span>

This gives you a report per applicant. You can scroll through the pages of the report on screen.

The easiest way to view this report is to download it as a PDF. You will get a multi-page single PDF. Click on the disc icon, select PDF then save to your preferred location.<br>

The flag reports cover a whole cohort, for which you set the parameters.

As before, set your parameters here. Select the session(s) whose results you want to see.

Click <span class="component"><i><b>View Report</b></i></span>

The report will appear on the main screen. To save it, download to Excel using the disc icon as before.

Click <span class=""><i><b>Back </b></i>to return to the main reports menu.</span>

The combined results report is only available if you use both TSA and CPSQ, so you can see a single candidate's results for both tests together.

To log off Metritests, click&nbsp;<span class="component" data-id="0"><i><b>Log out</b></i></span>

That's it. You're done.
