If you recently booked a place for the BMAT session in February or September via the Cambridge English test portal, you can cancel your test booking through that same portal. If you find you are unable to cancel via the portal, please use the form below.
- If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the test, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel within the two weeks before the test, you will not receive a full refund but you may be entitled to a partial refund which is currently 25% of the booking fee paid.*
- It is not possible to cancel on or after the day of the test.
*Your consumer rights will not be affected.
Once your cancellation request has been processed you will receive an email confirming the outcome.
Please note that if a refund is made it could take up to 21 days for the refund to reach your account. Some banks/credit card providers may take longer so please check with them if you are concerned.
