Lost PIN for the Results Online website

Helpdesk Training Article

Information for BMAT, ELAT, STEP and TSA Oxford candidates

On the day of your test, you should have been provided with a (pale blue) Candidate Results Information document. This will have listed your unique PIN and provided instructions for registering to use the secure Results Online website to download your results.

If you did not receive this, or you have mislaid it, don't worry. Please contact the Exams Officer at the centre where you took your test, and they should be able to access and print your Statement of Results and the accompanying Explanation of Results for you.

Your PIN was automatically generated in conjunction with your test papers and Admissions Tests Support cannot send it to you again.

The results will be available for your Exams Officer to download for 60 days from the advertised release date.
