This article contains information for Exams Officers making entries for the November 2016 session.


Tests and Assessments

The full list of admissions tests/assessments taking place in November 2016 for which candidates are registered via Entries Extranet:

Key dates/times

You can make your candidates' entries for the November tests/assessments from 1 September

For BMAT only, the standard entry closing date is 1 October (17.00). However, you can make late entries until 18.00 on 15 October. Additional late entry fees apply for all BMAT entries made after 17.00 on 1 October.

The registration window for all November tests/assessments closes on 15 October (18.00 BST). You will not be able to add, withdraw or amend any entries after this deadline.

For UK centres, all tests and assessments are scheduled to take place at 09.00 on Wednesday 2 November with the exception of the Test of Mathematics for University Admission (TMUA), which will take place at 09.00 on 9 November.

Registration Fees

The only November tests/assessments for which there is a registration fee are BMAT and TMUA.

Your centre will be invoiced for your entries around the test date.


Administering the tests/assessments

You will be able to access the Instructions for the Secure Administration of the November admissions tests/assessments on our support website (this section of the Support Site is only visible to Exams Officers, so you will need to be logged-in with your registered email address in order to access the document). This document will contain all of the information you need to administer the session smoothly.

The 2016 instructions will be available in October. 

You will also receive a hard copy of the instructions along with the relevant exam materials approximately 1 week before the test date. 


Results

As an Exams Officer, you will be able to access your candidates' BMAT, ELAT, TSA Oxford and TMUA results on the Results Online for Centres. You can log in to the site using the same login details as for Entries Extranet.

BMAT, ELAT, TSA Oxford and TMUA candidates will be able to access their results online using the the Results Online for Candidates. They will need to register on the site using the PIN they receive on the day of the test.

Results for all other November tests/assessments are not released to candidates or centres.

A Results Enquiry process is available for BMAT and TMUA.
